The Council currently meets four times a year, beginning in January, in Ellensburg, WA. The
Council's membership is made up of individuals from a variety of disciplines and departments.
Professional Land Surveyors, Professional Engineers and surveying personnel from Public Works,
GIS, Road’s or other city and county departments. These personnel hold various titles such as
Survey Section Supervisor, County Surveyor, City Surveyor or Public Works Surveyor.
Full membership in the WCCS is open to licensed persons responsible for either a City or County
surveying duties in the State of Washington.
