Membership Application
The membership is comprised of the appointed county surveyor or responsible licensed land surveyor for any government agency in the State of Washington. 

A President is elected yearly, along with a President-Elect and a Secretary-Treasurer. There are no paid positions. The council currently meets bi-monthly in Ellensburg, Washington.  Members and technicians also meet on ad hoc basis for special workgroups and projects.
